2. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed by email. You receive a written scope and a Stripe invoice; work starts when the invoice is paid. "From" prices are starting points and the final quote depends on part complexity, data quality and turnaround.
3. Your inputs
You confirm you have the right to send us the photos, measurements, files and brand material you provide, and that they do not infringe third-party rights or export restrictions.
4. Deliverables and licence
On payment you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the delivered files (STEP, STL, drawings, reports, media, scripts) for your own purposes. Digital downloads are licensed for the purchaser's use and may not be resold or redistributed.
5. Engineering outputs are decision support
Every dimension is labelled [CALIPER], [PHOTO] or [ASSUMED]. FEA, modal, fatigue, CFD and acoustic results are decision support, not certification. Safety-critical, on-vehicle, structural or regulated parts require qualified engineering sign-off and physical testing by you. Exhaust sound checks are not an official AMA/FIM test.
6. Printed parts
Prototypes and replicas are for fit-check, display and development only unless separately qualified for the intended application.
7. Research programs
Items labelled Pilot or Roadmap are research. Biomagnetic work is research only and is not a medical device; no diagnostic or clinical claims are made.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for use of deliverables outside the stated scope.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies. See also the refund policy.
