Photogrammetry mats, asset packs, script packs and other downloadable files are non-refundable once delivered, because they cannot be returned. If a file is defective or will not open, email us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it.
Full refund if you cancel before work starts. Once work has started, a pro-rata refund for work not yet done. No refund after final deliverables are sent, but one round of corrections within scope is included.
Made to order and non-refundable, except for print defects or damage in transit, which we reprint or refund on receipt of photos within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are not given because the analysis gave an answer you did not want (for example a low safety factor), because [ASSUMED] dimensions you chose not to measure turned out wrong, or because deliverables were used outside the stated scope.
